The inside of the roaster and lid are both Teflon type material coated. Please look at all the pictures. The body has no big scratches or stains, the bottom shows use wear as pictured. Sorry about the glare in pictures.

The bottom shows some minor use wear and there are a couple light scratches on the inside as pictured, probably from storage with rack unprotected. This is the early version of this quality cookware with stainless lid, not cheaper glass lid. You are getting the exact item pictured. The inside of the roaster is about 15.5 x 11 4.5 deep.
