Clean-up is simple with the dishwasher-safe cooking Pot and lid. Easy to use controls: Angled control panel with large clear message display and cooking progress bar. I also did not like the fact that lid was attached and would be very hard to clean. Keep warm: food ready for serving on your schedule.

This is a sign of CHEAP STEEL COOKWARE. Also easy to use and clean. Best price I found. That same switch locks in the correct place.

About this item: The Instant Pot Duo Plus is designed to make cooking simple, easy and convenient. After cooking beans, the Teflon is stained and almost impossible to clean. Hope this review helps you cut through the different model's and features which can be overwhelming. I can use steel wool in the stainless Pot and make it look new.Another great feature that Ninja does not have, is 'button' to release steam located away from vent.

But I thought, maybe they were especially rough. With 9 separate cooking functions, including pressure cooking, slow and sous vied, this one appliance does it all in the kitchen. Pressure cooking is worry-free, with the quietest steam release available, a handy alert when its safe to open lid, and remote button keep your hands. This is a sign of CHEAP ELECTRONICS.Anyhow, its an outsource issue.

Perfect size. Should be able to scrub with steel wool no issue like this. And a knob to turn instead of poking the screen multitude times change setting. Its a fantastic investment for anyone looking to streamline their cooking routine.

Mind you, I used a non abrasive scrub mommy sponge. The lid is extremely easy to clean.It came with a stainless inner Pot instead of the usual Teflon as in Ninja Foodie. I don't use those so this saved me having to buy a stainless steel Pot. I really recommend this to everyone.

I did love the lit up display.I have an old Instant Pot but had to find my reading glasses and turn on bright lights use settings.Enter Duo Pot with its brightly easy read display. Love that it has a cover where the steam comes out. 9-in-1 cooking: Pressure cook, slow rice, steam, saute, yogurt, sous vied, cake and keep warm.

Does not have many accessories with it but the single unit serves all purposes. The improved design of the DUO PLUS also allows for easier handling with its built-in slot that let's you stand up lid on side Pot while draining any water into reservoir. No more accidentally forgetting to turn the steam vent into correct position. Gotta love that.

Duo Plus is the do-it-all counter top appliance that makes it easy to create one-Pot meals with delicious results. Guided cooking: 25 smart programs with step-by-step instructions make recipes simple. Which defeated the whole purpose of having a stainless steel inner Pot. It also has preset buttons.
