Seven 7 settings from simmer to HIGH. EXTERIOR measures 12 x 9 7.25 inches. My shipping weight includes packaging materials. Shows some use, needs detailed cleaning around the exterior.

Very handy grease drain on the front. Basket area measures 9 x 6/5 inches. Looks to hold 2/3 quarts.
