It comes with a removable cooking pan, wire rack flexible handles very helpful for lifting hot turkey!, vented lid, and instruction manual 8 pages in English, French, Spanish. However, we just don't have a need for one this large. There is one small blemish: it got bumped during a recent re model and section of the bases top corner plastic edge chipped. It is quite sturdy and extremely clean.

The damage is minimal and only cosmetic. I have circled the area with a blue highlighter in one of photos. I bet that most kitchens have such items in locations. We did use it one time to roast a turkey and worked fine.

The temperature control range is between 150 and 450 degrees. It has been stored in a bag back on the bottom shelf corner kitchen cabinet.
